These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeScaled website, application process, Discord community, content, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by WeScaled ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services, submitting an application, or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you own or operate a business or are otherwise participating in a professional capacity, and that all information you provide in your application is accurate and complete. Membership is by application and we may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Community membership is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, programs, or services in the future. Any paid offering will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase. Free membership does not entitle you to any specific content, access level, response time, or outcome, and access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time.
Our community exists for operators to learn, share, and network in good faith. You agree that you will not:
We may remove content, restrict access, or ban members at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct we believe harms the community.
The community is hosted on Discord and applications are processed through third-party form providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party platforms.
All content we provide through the Services, including trainings, frameworks, documents, recordings, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission. By posting content in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content within the Services.
Content shared through the Services, whether by us, guest speakers, or other members, is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions. You are solely responsible for your business, your decisions, and your results.
We make no guarantees about revenue, growth, or business outcomes. Any figures, case studies, or member results referenced through the Services are illustrative of individual experiences and are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, market, and timing. See our for full details.
Members may network, hire, partner, or transact with each other. Any dealings between members are strictly between those members. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any member, service provider, or opportunity, and we are not a party to, or responsible for, any member-to-member transaction or dispute.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeScaled and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeScaled and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may leave the community at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6 through 12) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

This Privacy Policy explains how WeScaled ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, submit an application, join our Discord community, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Information you provide. When you apply for membership or request services, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, social media handles, revenue range, and answers to application questions. If you join our Discord, we also receive your Discord username and any content you post in the community.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the site, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This may include advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) used to measure and improve our marketing.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from platforms we use to operate the Services, such as form providers, scheduling tools, email providers, analytics services, and advertising platforms.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following circumstances:
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality. To opt out of interest-based advertising, you can also use tools provided by advertising platforms and industry opt-out pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool.
If you provide your email or phone number, we may contact you about your application and, where permitted, send marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Transactional messages related to your application or membership may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing" of your information.
California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Application data may be retained even if your application is declined, so we can manage future applications and communications, unless you request deletion.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Services link to and operate on third-party platforms, including Discord and form and scheduling providers. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Nothing on our website, in our community, in our content, or in any communication from us is a promise or guarantee of earnings, revenue, growth, or business results. We do not guarantee that you will make any money, save any money, or achieve any particular outcome by joining our community or applying anything you learn through it.
Any revenue figures, case studies, screenshots, or member stories referenced on our website or in our community reflect individual experiences under specific circumstances.
